About the Presenter

Jacki Paolella is a realtor at Keller Williams Coastal Virginia and Vice President of the Virginia Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. Their mission is to elevate, advocate, and celebrate our community to promote home ownership in the LGBTQ+ community, which is below the national average by about 16%, as well as to create an easily accessible network for LGBTQ+ homeowners and potential homeowners to find professionals across the real estate industry (and related industries as well!) that are either in the community or allies of the community. Paolella believes everyone should feel safe and understood when buying or selling a home or using professional services related to home ownership.
