Julie Clark is a nationally known Modern Folk/Pop singer-songwriter based in Hampton Roads. She’s the winner of numerous songwriting and performance awards and has toured coast-to-coast as a favorite in LGBTQ hotspots such as Provincetown, Massachusetts; Rehoboth Beach Delaware; and Key West, Florida. Her original song, “Courage of Our Convictions” was chosen as the official song of the 2009 National Equality March in Washington DC. She performed it live on the grounds of the U.S. Capital amidst celebrity speakers such as Lady GaGa, Martina Navratilova and Cynthia Nixon, among many others.
