We are excited to welcome Reverend Lauren Bennett* to lead this important free workshop. Everyone is invited and welcome to attend.
This is an in-person on-site event only at NLMCC from 10:00 a.m. – noon with plans to go out to eat together afterwards for those who would like to do so. Please RSVP as you are able to info@newlifemcc.net so we can have an idea of how many folks we will need seating for at the restaurant for lunch after the workshop.
The topic and theme for this time together is “Somewhere Between Prude & Promiscuity: Sexual Ethics in a World of Evolving Labels & Identities”
Queer, Bi, Pan, Poly, Lesbian, Gay, Trans, Ace, Aro. Open, monogamous, decidedly single. With so many labels, it is easy to lose ourselves and our way in the rainbow. Join us for a morning of examining sexual ethics and digging deep into gender. Together, we will wrestle with the fact that there are many ways of being ethical, true, and right emerging with a capacious, evolving framework for you to continue to develop your own sexual ethic.
