ABOUT CAN COMMUNITY HEALTH
CAN Community Health Norfolk is a nonprofit healthcare clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, stigma-free medical and support services to individuals affected by HIV, Hepatitis C, and other sexually transmitted infections. Located at 6315 North Center Drive, Suite 100 in Norfolk, VA, the clinic offers comprehensive care including free testing, rapid-start HIV treatment, PrEP and DoxyPEP prevention, primary care, behavioral health counseling, telehealth, and pharmacy services. In addition to clinical care, it provides case management, peer navigation, transportation assistance, and housing linkage to ensure holistic support. Opened in 2019 and expanded to a larger campus in 2025, CAN Community Health Norfolk serves as a vital resource for Hampton Roads, working to reduce health disparities and eliminate barriers to care through education, outreach, and inclusive services for all, regardless of insurance status.
