In celebration of Pride Month, CAN Community Health has launched its inspiring new campaign, Be Brave, encouraging members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies to live boldly, get tested, and prioritize their health. The campaign centers around a powerful new music video featuring the song Brave by Sara Bareilles, performed by rising artist Alexander Zenoz.
Filmed in South Florida and featuring local LGBTQ+ individuals, advocates, and healthcare professionals, the video is a heartfelt tribute to courage, self-expression, and resilience. It encourages viewers to speak up, break stigma, and “say what they wanna say” — a message closely aligned with CAN’s mission to empower wellness through compassion, community, and equity.
“Pride Month is not just a celebration; it’s a call to action,” said Dr. Kal Gajraj, Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer at CAN Community Health. “Be Brave reminds us that whether you’re coming out, getting tested, or seeking care, bravery comes in many forms — and every act of bravery makes our community stronger.”
The campaign includes social media spotlights, pop-up testing events, and community outreach designed to promote HIV testing, PrEP awareness, and inclusive care across CAN’s network of 40+ clinics nationwide.
The Be Brave video is now live on CAN Community Health’s YouTube and social media platforms, and will be featured at Pride events throughout the month.
