After spending a month celebrating your Pride, come to the Garden to re-center your mind, body and soul through yoga. We will practice a flowing sense of ease with our breath and bodies, get our hearts pumping with a few strength/balance building poses, and enjoy a mindful moment with guided savasana. Beginner friendly and for everybody. Props provided or you are welcome to bring your own! Dress comfortably. Preregistration required. Class will be held outdoors. Led by Brian Dunning, RYT-200 and nature lover.
This class will meet in the lobby of Baker Hall Visitor Center at 9:45 am. The group will walk together to the Reflection Garden.
