HRBOR and Virginia Tattoo present Pride Night at the Hullaballoo

Hampton Roads Business Outreach (HRBOR) and longtime HRBOR member, the Virginia Arts Festival, are partnering for a member Pride event  to celebrate the opening of the 2024 Virginia International Tattoo and Norfolk NATO Festival. Join both organizations for year the Tattoo Hullabaloo Pride Night tomorrow, April 19th from 5pm – 7pm on Scope Plaza.

The Tattoo Hullabaloo is a free event that takes place directly before the Tattoo. HRBOR will have a designated area with cast members appearances as well as a backstage tour.

Please gather at the HRBOR table at 6:15pm sharp to participate in the cast member appearances and backstage tour.  All HRBOR members will receive a free drink ticket with the purchase of a Tattoo Ticket as well a 15% off of the purchase of a ticket for Friday night 4/19.
