Looking for families to meet in the area with LGBTQ+ parents and/or kids? Join us for Rainbow Families at North Suffolk Library where you can make family-friendly activities and crafts, try fun games, learn about local resources, and make friends! Activities are geared toward ages 10 and older, with caregiver involvement for those younger. For families.

Mental Health and Inclusive Yoga
May 13
Bring a mat and some comfortable clothes while we practice inclusive and body-positive yoga and meditation with a local yoga instructor. If an instructor isn’t available, we’ll be using free videos courtesy of Jessamyn Stanley (author of Every Body Yoga: Let Go of Fear, Get On the Mat, Love Your Body. and Yoke: My Yoga of Self-Acceptance). Mental health resources will be available from our partners with the LGBT Life Center.
