As of this writing, two memorial services honoring the life of local LGBTQ advocate and legend Lexus Walker are scheduled.
This Friday night at 6 PM, a candlelight vigil organized by the Southeastern Transgender Resource Center will be held on the Waterside docks in downtown Norfolk. The vigil will be followed by a fellowshipo gathering at the Center located at 2418 Granby St, Norfolk.
On January 13 at 8 PM a Celebration of Life in honor of Lexus will be held at 37th and Zen located at 1037 37th Street, Norfolk.
Donations in Lex’s name may be made to the Southeastern Transgender Resource Center.
